I've created this mini-project to share some of my core leadership tenets that I've collected, observed, and "borrowed" from numerous highly successful business and technology leaders, brilliant product managers, SW developers, architects, and "nemesis". Without a doubt, the key inspiration for this site became my introduction to incomparable Ray Dalio's "Principles". According to him, "All successful people operate by principles that help them be successful. Without principles, you would be forced to react to the circumstances that come at you without considering what you value most and how to make choices to get what you want. This would prevent you from making the most of your life." Now, I can't vouch for all successful people, but a) this makes total sense to me b) when a successful billionaire shares his life observations and wisdom with you, you better pay close attention.

My unique exposure to highly diverse business and technology domains, international experiences in the USA, Canada, Japan, and EMEA, work for companies ranging from Bay Area startups to Fortune 500 multi-nationals, provides a distinctly different take on what it takes to make successful IT operations. And, what I found is that when individual principles are well aligned to a healthy and well-defined corporate culture, the outcomes are often brilliant.

I am constantly refining my leadership framework and adding new tenets. This framework has helped me, time and again, to build highly efficient development and IT teams, to develop and launch ground-breaking, highly successful B2B and B2C software and services that enhanced customer service experience, reduced CAPEX, minimized customer churn, increased Profit Margin/Net Revenue/ARPU and opened new onboarding channels.  The application of these postulates, however, is not a panacea to all hurdles. Without a Passion, DriveEmpathy, and Experimentation, they are hollow words, text to read and forget.
