I am a seasoned technology executive with an extensive background of leading large-scale digital transformations, creation of disruptive new products, hands-on product management and software engineering leadership, change management, scrappy entrepreneurship, and worldwide large-scale project deployment. I've been matriculated among the top subject matter experts in business process transformation, customer engagement management, integrated retail, mobility, and enterprise communications. Recognized as a leading thinker, status quo disrupter and an adoption advocate for ML/AI-enabled services, I've been invited as a speaker and a panelist at World AI Summit and various industry IT/AI Conferences.

I have a unique exposure to highly diverse business and technology domains, international experiences in USA, Canada, Japan, and EMEA, working for companies ranging from Bay Area startups to Fortune 500 multi-nationals. I am a big proponent of applying Leadership and Operational Excellence frameworks. I often offer original and controversial opinions that, however, always grounded in facts.
